Celebrate Music in Our Schools Month in March

The theme for 2025 is United Through Music.

Music in Our Schools Month is a time to celebrate and focus on the importance of music education in our schools and to remind members of the community that school is where all children should have access to music. However, it is also extremely important to enjoy music at home as a family.

Students at Hance, Richland and Wexford all received an optional “Music Choice Board” of musical activities to participate in at home with instructions for how to complete it, as well as instructions on how to submit a musical performance video to be shared with our school family, if interested.  If you need to print the choice board again, you can find it on our website linked below. To celebrate during the school day, the music teachers will be featuring songs and musicians of the day, music trivia, musical book recommendations and a lot more throughout the month. Thank you for your support of music education in our schools and community.
