All six Pine-Richland schools have been recognized by the Pennsylvania Positive Behavior Support Network for achieving Tier I with Fidelity status for implementing and sustaining school-wide positive behavior interventions and supports through the RAMS Way program during the 2023-2024 school year.
Students at Wexford Elementary School raised $9,579 for the 2024 KDKA Turkey Fund, which works with the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank to distribute Thanksgiving meals to local families in need.

The Pine-Richland School Board approved two changes to the 2024-2025 Academic Calendar, including the addition of Monday, January 20, as a day off for students, and moving the day off scheduled for Monday, May 5, to Friday, May 2.
