In honor of World Kindness Day on November 13, students in Mrs. Riederer’s third-grade class wrote notes of kindness to school helpers. Ava, Nova and Austin wrote to Mrs. Cerny, school nurse, and included memories such as, “I still remember when you helped me when I broke my wrist.”

Senior Liam Francis made improvements to the Wexford Elementary nature trail for his Eagle Scout project. In June, he made the inaugural walk with his former second-grade teacher, Mrs. Joanna Firmin, and her current class. Thank you, Liam!

All six Pine-Richland schools have been recognized by the Pennsylvania Positive Behavior Support Network for achieving Tier I with Fidelity status for implementing and sustaining school-wide positive behavior interventions and supports through the RAMS Way program during the 2023-2024 school year.
